Token & Refund Policy

This policy defines what tokens are and aren't. Please read it before purchasing.

1. What tokens are

Tokens are a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access digital features and entertainment within The Wishing App Service. They are a convenience for using in-app features, specifically for making a wish, and nothing more.

2. What tokens are not

Tokens are not money, currency, legal tender, a stored-value or prepaid instrument, a security, or any financial product. Tokens have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or anything of monetary value; cannot be redeemed, withdrawn, transferred, sold, or traded for cash or value, inside or outside the Service; do not earn interest and are not a deposit or investment; and confer no prizes, payouts, rewards, or winnings of any kind.

3. No gambling, no chance for value

The Wishing App is entertainment. Tokens are spent to make a wish — not wagered. There is no betting, no wagering, no game of chance or skill played for a prize, and no opportunity to win money or value. Any variability in features is for entertainment only and never results in a prize, payout, or anything of value.

4. Buying tokens

Tokens are sold in packages at the prices shown at purchase, in U.S. dollars, plus applicable taxes. Once tokens are added to your account, they're available for use in the Service. Tokens do not expire.

5. Refunds

All token purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law. Because tokens are a digital good delivered immediately, we don't offer refunds for tokens once purchased or used.

6. Unauthorized or accidental purchases

If you believe a purchase was made without your authorization, contact us at support@thewishingapp.com and we'll work with you and the payment processor to resolve it.

7. Account closure

If your account is closed or terminated, any remaining tokens are forfeited and have no value, consistent with Section 2. Because tokens never had monetary value, this is not a loss of money.

8. Changes

We may change token pricing, packages, or this policy going forward. Changes don't affect tokens you've already purchased except as required by law.
